Cut tomato in half and remove seeds.
Dice tomatoes into 1/2 inch cubes.

Add about 2 tbsp of olive oil to pan. Add garlic to cold pan! Never add garlic to a hot pan of oil. There is more chance of it burning and burned garlic tastes bitter.
Now turn heat on and sautee garlic until it just begins to brown. Add diced tomato, cook about 3 minutes, until tomatoes release some juice. Add basil and salt and pepper to taste. Toss in cooked pasta! Add a splash of Roasted Tomato Basil Hot Sauce for some heat. Garnish with fresh basil.
