The process

To make marinade: 1/2 yellow onion, 2 cloves garlic, 6oz plain unsweetened yogurt, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, fresh rosemary(leaves off of one bunch), 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil. Put all in blender and blend until smooth.
Coat steak with marinade refridgerate for 1 hour

Heat grill on high. Grill 6 -7 minutes each side until desired doneness. We like it rare to mid rare.
Take off grill and let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Toss with red onion, peperoncini, olives and mixed greens. Mix with balsamic vinegarette, sprinkle with feta cheese and Enjoy!
